Out of respect for both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 20% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. I understand that life happens, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
